No, I don't think so google count as cheat but if it finds that it duplicate links than it will penalized your site that is called black hat seo.

 

@ Seoguru, for example if you have 20 sites with same C class ips or hosted in same server, do you think this will be good to link with each others according to seo...

 

I think this is not a cheat.

 

UNique IPs and unique web page content sound more natural and white hats.. This will be helpful for the sites if we have good page rank there .

It's not cheating but not a great way to build links because if you get caught you will be penalized for doing it.

keep these things in mind while appling these kind of techniques.

1) all sites are on different IPs
2) All sites having different Products
3) no duplicate content
4) no excessive linking
5) no badnebeioughrhood links or any spammy link is present on other sites. If that site is banned by google then the effect will be on other sites also which is linked with that one.
6) The most important thing is that must be relavant site no out of the box site will be linked because no benefit will get by linked with irrelavant sites.

But not a good strategy I think.

 

It's a link farm. Google penalize your site if site caught while this type of linking.

 

you can link your sister sites but add "nofollow" tag would be the best practice in order to avoid google penalization.

 

This is the good idea, it will also help indexing sites like b c d which is connecting to actual site, you can also called link wheel

 

If you have to ask, it's probably best to not do it.

 

I think this kind of linking called link wheel or link farm.Google works hard to catch this kind of websites which get involved in this.Every year it improves its techniques and methods to catch these sites . so stay away...
