Will Google stop displaying ads with low CTR ( on content network) ?

I run an ads solely on content network , for the first day i got a very big amount of impressions , but my clickthrough CTR is low (below 0.03%) .

On the second day , there is only 1 impression . Is it because the low CTR has affected me? Anyone can advise?
And how to increase the CTR on content network?

Content network is a joke. You can't get a good CTR and the conversion rate is always very low. Target your keywords on search network instead.

 

See this. Seems like you have a landing page/QS issue.
