Hi, i just start my freelancer site this month, and i am thinking to search for relevant keywords "freelancer forge", "freelance", "outsource project", and then from the search result, i click on the link, and reply their topic, with my website link www.soskod.com stick in the signature Is this a good approach or not? Coz in technical view, it seems like my site link is scatter in different website, But all should be same IP. Can google spider detect this? Sry i am newbie to SEO, i really need this kinda help before i go spread to different site/forum/blog Thanks for clarify me
are you sure?? If google spider can detect the poster's IP, then i will be punish for creating spamming intending post That's why i am struggling
Holy sh** you mean i need someone else to spread instead of all doing it by myself? Luckily i just spread bout 50 site Wait, i wonder how can google spider detect the IP of the submitter? If they can get the IP, they can get EVERYTHING from EVERY WEBSITE , aren't it?
Are you sure??? DETECT? NOT_DETECT? I really need to be sure before going deeper, coz there is no turning back Thanks for your help
guys you know what? if you ever use link: www.your_domain.com command in google, you will find, our signature link never bee highlighted (plz correct me if i am wrong) That's why i dont think signature link is good for robot, but only HUMAN CAN SEE it And i also found that, web directory submission, forum thread body are indexed. That's why some forums do not allow us simply put links in thread body
Not really Google bot can scan your link even you post comment on their blog or a member profile in their page
Yep i agree it is good if you can get your link on a competitors website just find out how you can do it as explained it's probably in the form of a sig/blog post/member profile.. and also try to make sure the link is no follow but this only matters in googles eyes. Just make sure you don't spam!!
Lots of confusion whilst it should be simple. Google will not care who is commenting on blogs or how many times or on how many websites. What it matters is that the websites on which you are commenting should not be hosted under the same hosting server (IP address to be more specific) as far as it regards your IP...no one cares.
thres no problem regarding ip addresses. please go on with your work. I have done similar things and all i have seen is that my site ranked higher.
Facts: * Google can detect IPs * Google will not penalize you for backlinks on the same IP * Google uses the IP of the sites linking back to you to determine your ranking. So if ALL your backlinks are from the same IP, it will help but not as much as getting links from different IPs
It does not matter if your incoming links are scattered all over the web. The issue is about relevancy and quality of links. Be careful where you get your links from. I would not encourage links from some objectionable sites.
