Will google penalize me for this

Will google penalize me if i take banned websites content and add it to my website. will this still count as a duplicate content even if the content sources were removed from the SERPs??

 

The question is why they were banned? What was the reason of that penalty?

 

let's say they were banned for using doorways or keyword stuffing or anything and they still have some good content

 

Why not just remove that banned sites from the web then ?

 

if you are giving link to that site, it will be a problem for you. on the otherwise , i think it will not be a problem

 

I'm not giving any backlinks I will just get their content and put it on my own websites

 

If the methods they have been using is BH the chance that the content they have is rubbish is very big.

 

It shouldn't penalize you for that, just don't give linkbacks .

 

Yeah but I've found some with good content and I've had the idea to use it as they are not competing on SERPs anymore

 

So this is not your content and you're asking if you can use it because that site is not in Google serps? Ridiculous.

I would suggest you don't.

Stealing is stealing. Ask them. If they say no, don't.

It's bad karma, Google will most likely penalize you somehow.

 

Giving backlink = penalizes you
Not giving backlink = stealing.

Both are bad for you.

It is stealing....suppose the other site clean up their act and get reincluded....then you have the duplicate content problem
