Will google page rank update?

Fake. A google employee has said that PR it's alive.

 

I hope so, but i'm not really sure because of their delay, 8 months

 

Hope soon on new year.

 

I guessing it will happen by 3rd Jan 2011...

 

On the hour every hour 365.25 day's a year. Don't confuse toolbar pagerank with Google internal pagerank. Two different subjects. Concentrate on real pagerank.

I have read somewhere that the google page rank updates 4 times per year, so you will have to wait.

 

This is the common question asked by different users of the forum. I think this is the useless question because no one predict that when google update his page rank.

 

None can have information about Google Page Rank.
Only Google will know when to update its toolbar PR.

 

Google is losing exclusive rights to PageRank in 2011. I suspect they are phasing it out since they have implemented the new caffeine and Instant Search

Google pagerank might be dead, if not it maybe a dying breed on the brink of extinction.

 

If you have friends who work for Google, you can ask them.
But I guess Google will drop PR update in the future, as Google wants webmasters to for PR of sites.

 

I read on some other blog that google is trying to change its pr update policy or its algorithm.
Something fishy here with pr update issue.

I too think its in the way out , I did read something today about google's page rank update and the site alluded to have heard whispers that the update will happen between the 1st and 4th of January..

I can see it my self and as others have said I think that its dying in front of our eyes.. Shame I like that little green box..

When the answer is coming from Matt Cutts on Twitter, it's worth noting that fact in your post. Cutts is widely recognized as Google's unofficial ambassador to SEOland.

Anyone else think Matt's smiley indicates the update ought to be the standard New Years-ish update?
