My situation is that i own a couple of web sites that all sell products from the same industry.
Each site targets and sells different parts of the industry, think of them selling fruit, site1 sells apples and site2 sells oranges.

I now want to make these sites bookable online which means i need to have a shopping cart and payment facility.

I have a company offering me a service that allows each on of my sites to push the users serach request onto a 'parent site' so that the shopping cart and payment processing is all done on one domain making it easier to manage and also easier to control. This also saves me a lot of money as i only need to buy one ssl certificate as all payments are taken from one place ....

    For example:

Site1 > user performs a search > search takes the user to the http: // mybooking.parentsite.com
Site2 > user performs a search > search takes the user to the http: // mybooking.parentsite.com

I would also have small adverts on site 1 and 2 something like ...

Buy 10 apples and get 50% off > users clicks > advert takes the user to the http: // mybooking.parentsite.com

Now if this wasn't my site this would look to me like it was part of a affiliate network?
I know affiliate sites have been hit by google in the past?

So have can i avoid this? i dont want google thinking my 2 sites are affiliate sites .... im doing this just to make my life easier and to make the bookings taken from our customers more secure?

    Any suggestions ...

I should also add that when a user makes a search on say site1 or clicks on a 'special offer' once they are taken to http: // mybooking.parentsite.com it will look the same. I mean the design, colors and layout will all contine from the original site to the parent site so that the user thinks they are still on the original site.

In Google's ToS it says just to not make your ads look like theirs. I think you'll be fine if it's clear that the website they are taken to is directly affiliated with you.
