Will Google know...?

    I wonder if Google will know if you sell a domain that has been banned by Google Adsense, and then the other person who doesn't know that the domain was previously banned, will the buyer of the domain get his account banned aswell?

    My guess would be yes... since google doesn't know it was sold.

    The best bet would be ' full disclosure '...the courts in most Nations are taking a hard line toward ' lemon sales '...the best protection you have is to disclose to the buyer that it is/was banned before selling it.

    I thought domain that previously banned wouldn't show any ads disregard with a new id-pub. Isn't it?

    google will know..and puting ads on that domain is very very very risky..
