    Will google index a site that is linked to by a "nofollow"?
    I know its ment to tell bots not to fallow, but does google fallow the rules?

    google wont follow a link the has no follow, so unless google finds the site another way.. your out of luck

    The "nofollow" attribute was a Google's idea ;) So they do follow the rule
