You should use word-press for it.

Keep in mind there are pros and cons to making a website at the high price of "Free". :)
Try getting a real domain, that is just a sub-domain.
That means somebody owns co.nr and they are stitching your domain to it.
    Example:
    yourdomain.co.nr
    Yourdomain replaces www :(

You should aware that anything free is prone to be abused. Take co.cc they got deindexed sitewide by Google because some users abusing their service.

Google will index anything to submit to it and open access to. But like the others said here, later on you may regret not owning your own domain name and not being able to do on page for a website in any way you like.
However, if you're talking about a tier 3 or tier 2 domain, then a free-hosted WordPress blog could do.
But not if it's your money site!

free domain names are usually more difficult to rank, than common TLDS
i would personally recommend you getting a real TLD for the sake of your
    SEO and rankings.
And besides, domains are really cheap nowdays.
I have a coupon for a domain registrar where u can get a domain for 50 cents only,
PM me if you are interested and i will send you the link
