    Hello,

    I got a few questions:

    - Will Google ban your account when most of your clicks are from blank refferal?

    - Will Google ban your account if 90% of the visitors to your website are from blank refferal?
( example: if I buy junk traffic and if they are all from a blank refferal ).

Can someone please answer these questions for me ?

yes they will as it is not normal to have no referrer in 90% of cases. There's something to be hidden.

So it will be very risky to have junk traffic from a " blank refferer " ???

    Or not :S ?

    What is better:

    junk traffic from " blank refferer" or from " Popup.ads " ?

yes it will be. I've read stories even about people getting banned because their url was included in a high traffic newsletter and in email there's often no referrer.
From popup ads you will have referrer. But if you plan on putting your site within a popup then it is not allowed read the tos, no pop up no pop under can display a site with adsense.

    Oke thank you,

But what is the best way of getting junk traffic , if pop-ups/unders and blank refferers are not allowed.

I guess there is no best way. Personally what I do is I use my other sites to open a pop under and have one of my other site in the pop under window, BUT it displays one page of my site (the homepage) where I don't display any adsense on, so I get money only if people are interested in the site and start to visit other pages.

Yes. It's possible that google will ban your account if they noticed that you buy traffic for your site.

Google will ban your website(s), and possibly your account if your website(s) consistently perform outside of what's considered "normal" according to their data.

I don't have access to Google's data, but based on my own data, I would say having a blank HTTP referrer 90% of the time would be extremely unusual.

what do you mean by blank referer? is it direct visitors?

i have a site with 80% direct visitors, am i safe? why do they banned via blank referer, it could be that you are promoting via offline methods and most of the users visit your site via entering the url and bookmarked it for future.

it will not, bu your ePCM will be very low. Some sort of self-protect mechanism will be triggered on AdSense

In my experience Google does what they want, when they want. Two people can be doing the exact same thing, one gets slapped. while the other is fine for months and months.

is this proven? cos banning u because you have too much direct visitors makes no sense to me. You could be doing intensive offline advertising for your site.

I have a question.. Does no referrer mean, I give someone my link and they type it in, from a blank web page? Is that what it basically means? So they have to click it?
