Your site is a search site, and logically is not supposed to have much content. I don't see anything against the goggle TOS. I belive you are safe. Do not worry any more.

I was also thinking to add some option: A button/link in the result page that says " Save this search results", so it will appears a link in the home page to that search. But google say we can't create links to search result page, what if the user create it ? is it ok ?
yes you will be banned. cause it looks like google's page and it is said its not good to make your page looking like some very popular sourse
and I think that also make your site look junk,I think only update will save your site.and checking all the scam could be the precautions step from getting banned
So the problem is about that the page looks like google ? If yes I could change that. But I already made many changes to get it not looking like google, but no prob, I willl change again. And about the logo, I see many people say to change/update it. And the "Powered by Google" ? Should it be there or should it be removed ?
Google is google. They are the one who sign the check for you. In my opinion your site looks risky to your adsense account. If you want to build something like search engines with adsense for search in it, I guess you should follow example from MSN & Yahoo homepage, but not like google's homepage.
Three pages of hopes, opinions, rants, etc. I believe you should ask Google directly to check if your site is OK with them, period. If they do accept, please share with us here so that others interested may benefit.
I am pretty sure you will get banned. If not for having little to no content, it will be for trying to mimic Google. I hate when people bash a good idea - and this is a good idea in my opinion - however, I would definitely not risk it. Don't try to look at this from an Adsense TOS point of view. It's a different issue. You are using Google's brand in order to promote your "product". It could even be considered TM infringement if you ask me since the Google brand is also used. That's my 2 cents
Thank you all, friends. I sent an email to Google, I hope I get answers in 1-2 days as they usually do. We missed something: I can't make two search boxes in the result pages, so I deleted one. I also asked google if I can enable user to save their searches in the home page, when they do search, they will see a button: save this search, so then a link will be added in the home page: Your saved searches: google earth ebook ... That links to results.php?q={the searched term} because in their TOS, we can't create links to search resutls, all searched must be from a form, but I asked them what if the user create the link, and not me, with my tool I will tell you what google answers me about my website. Just one thing to add: Having users to my search engine wasn't so hard as many says, my search engine is 20 days old, and I reached 100$ in April
No dear only the content on your site never be a reason of ban. Google never ban your site due to the content included on your site...
Google answered me back But no news, they tell me to read the TOS: http://www.google.com/adsense/policies They also said they can verify each website alone because of the big number of emails they receive !! I don't understand ! They can't verify the website when I ask them for, but they can when they want to ban Note: the email I received is not automatic responser, it's written for me, I can know that .
i bet they are laughing their asses off reading that email and check that site of yours and waiting for banning you
