Will google approve this kind of site?

I thought of creating a download site. Like downloadcrew.com, filehippo.com, Do adsense approve this kind of sites?
Do I need some kind of license or something like that to make that kind of website? These kind of sites get lot of traffic so I thought of creating one of my own at least I don't have to write many articles.

 

Absolutely not, better try some other networks.

 

Why? Any specific reason for it?

 

downloadcrew.com & filehippo.com already have google adsense
so it means its approved by adsense (if im right)

You don't need a separate license,but you need to obtained a permission from developers / publishers of softwares via email them i guess. its very easy for maximum softwares

Of Course you can create similar site, there is no issue.
just do not forget to write in terms and conditions that
" If you are owner of any software and wish to remove it from our site? please contact us via (your email) and we will verify your identity and ownership before remove the content."

If it's open source software it's legal to share so don't see any problems having adsense.

 

Just forget it if you created an illegal download site with tons of warez stuff. But if you create a site similar to filehippo.com or download.com yup you'll get accepted.

 

Yes I will building a similar site but if I get permission from them how Google gonna know about it so they approve me.
And also I need a Directory script for it, anybody knows which will be the best similar to filehippo or like sopfpedia

 

directory is a good i idea, so im sure you already have your plan. good luck my friend,
google dont need to know if you have permission,
i suggest you to check the terms of similar sites.it will help you
just concentrate on your terms and conditions, be fair & transparent and you will be success.

For directory script, may be some other DP members can give you best suggestion, beware of nulled. verify everything then buy
