Will Google Answer Me!

I started a website In September 2008,signed on with Google(starter edtion)and had impressions.After 2 weeks everything stopped.I am on postpay.I upgraded to standard addition,added a backup credit card and have e mailed them 4 times.I received one respone to my first email that was generic.Do they ever communicate with anyone? Is there a Google phone number?(lol)

Try to mail to google, because it is difficult to get correct person in google for your problem.

 

Contacting google would be the best option

 

It is really hard to get answer from Google. But you should try.

It heard to get response from Google, but if you use the correct contact, you may get reply from them.

 

google replies of course but it would take normally some days or several depending on what kind of question is. in general it is not easy at all to communicate with them.

Google telephone support in ireland is quite good. If the person on the phone could not fix the vaious problems I had they escalated to their Analytics team who always got back to me within 72 hours with a good answer and or solution.
