Will Google allow Ad-Sense on my links page?

Suppose that I decided to run "Ads By Google" on one of my pages.

I would put the necessary content & KW on that page, to attract what I call "PPC Parasites" (competitors who run Pay Per Click, or Ad-Words).

Then I would place a link to this "Links" page on DP, SP, and other global forums.

Obviously, this would lead to many foreign visitors and more clicks on their PPC, driving up their bills.

I'm not condoning this, and probably won't do this.....but is there any rule in the Google Playbook that says its a No-No?

Google's objective is to increase revenues with Ad Sense.

Why would they discourage this practice, as it would mean less $$$ for Google.
