You can try, but if you add adsense to a site that is not compliant with the terms and conditions that you agree to, then if they review the sites you put it one and they do not comply ==> ban.

People said that Adsense TOS don't rule about content copied or not. I put links and show the article source clearly. Could i be banned?

Have you read the Adsense TOS? They say explicitly that you can't!
Do you have no comprehension of copyright law?
hopefully, yes, as copyright thieves deserve everything that comes to them.

Why put all that effort into creating a site that has nothing new to offer?
If Google see it as a copy of existing sites then they'll say no
Don't buy an account - ever! There are so many alternatives out there, try them if you really can't come up with a unique angle

Even if someone who has a adsense account, puts their code on that site, they will likely have their account banned.
just stop. Where did you get the idea you can just "buy GA account"? Just get that out of your head.

Dude, do not waste your time even creating a site that relies on stolen content. Get rid of the site, and instead create something that you can be proud of.

Thanks for all your help. DP member is awesome!

The problem is the subject of my content, it is written about 1 specify upcoming phone: rumors, leak news... Many tech magazines around the world talk about few leaked info about this phone. The duplicate is hardly avoided

Can I customize articles a little to make them mine?

You should be doing that anyway!!! - does not mean adsense will accept you as they require UNIQUE and COMPELLING content, not just content that is parroted from a whole lot of other sites (which is why 99.9% of new tech blogs get rejected from adsense).

Never! It is clearly written in Adsense policies that you should have unique content. I don't think one can buy an Adsense account. I've never seen people doing that!

First of all you need to make sure that your website as a Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Secondly you website should have unique meaningful content and should not have any spam content or links in it. There are other detailed guides that you should go through before applying for adsense. Here's a guide published by Google and it should help you https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182
