    Hi,

We have a flash menu on our homepage (see www*myprotein.co.uk). The flash menu links to various sections. Will Google or other spiders crawl to these links or should I place textual links on the page as well?

Spiders don't understand Flash so you'll need normal links as well. This will also benefit some visitors as not everybody or browser has Flash.

SWF files aren't spider friendly. bottomline is, they're not crawable.
