Will facebook fine you?

I'm very interested in purchasing facebook ad vouchers from people at this forum in the vouchers section of the buy, and sell forum.

However I have some fears and doubts is it possible at all for facebook to charge you the amount of your ad if they find there is something wrong with your voucher after they credited you the amount.

Because it's easier to deal with a invalid voucher when facebook denies it immediately but is it at all possible for a voucher to be aproved and then denied after a period of time? and will they or can they charge the amount to your cc?

    Thanks in advance
    Best regards,
    Benjamin

I don't see fining occurring, I mean, I'd assume they'd give you a warning beforehand.

When you say they give a warning how do they do so?

Lol so do they fine you? I just bought 2 $100USD facebook vouchers for $4 and I'm conflicted whether I should use it? Is it possible for two person to use it and then facebook realize it and blocks the voucher because this person I just realize was purchasing facebook vouchers one end and selling them on the other.

Please someone help, I don't want to get fined or in trouble but I want to use the ad credit I bought. If I use it and facebook accepts the vouchers and enables the credit. Is it possible that they may block it down the road and charge you the amount of your ad?

    Thanks in advance

I'm not sure why you keep talking about getting "fined" - the bottom line is that Facebook will expect you to pay for the ads, and if the vouchers aren't valid you will have to pay for them yourself. That's not a fine at all.

So your real question seems to be whether Facebook will be able to detect whether your vouchers are fake before your ads start running. I suspect they can, yes. But even if they don't, just set your spending limit to the minimum ($1 per day) and you won't lose much money.

I don't know where you are located, but note that many of the free vouchers are only good for US-based ads, so keep that in mind.

And you can apparently get your own $100 voucher free, perfectly legitimately:

[so basically $4 was a ripoff, if that's the kind of voucher you purchased]

    Read Facebook's payment FAQ:

use one. I have seen them ban ad accounts for using multiple coupons per account.

    or register two accounts.

I think what you would be looking at would be having your accounts (likely even the one that you use to talk to friend and family only) banned. I just didn't want to take that risk. But if you don't use Facebook at all, you might be okay.
