    Hi Webmaster,

I had a static website that has good traffic but now I have redesigned it into dynamic website with fresh content and new design but didn't change its domain so I want to know that new changes will effect its google ranking position?

Having "seo" in your name, I suppose you should be knowing the answer to such a simple question. Anyway to answer your question, a major site redesign will definitely cause a fluctuation in rankings. Be sure to redirect any links that existed to its dynamic counterpart.
