I will make your page in either table or tableless depending on your requirements. You page will be xhtml + css valid. I only do one page for 10$. I must be able to use you as reference. I will keep a local copy for my portfolio. Page layout shouldn't be too intensive, hey i am doing it for 10$... Yes i can do better for more . I can also code and integrate proxy templates for 15$.
