I doubt annie would be even allowed to become meta and even if she did, she would probably get nervous break down after reading meta forum for 5 minutes.
Actually, I don't think Annie has even submitted an application for meta and do believe she could easily be meta if she really wanted to. From what I seen of her, there is not much that would give her a nervous break down.
From the looks of how mosta operates doesnt seem too, hard, come on how hard is it to boot any editor out of dmoz without suitable reason ? I think thats what most evil metas do, not sure what good metas do as they seem to be controlled by evil metas.

I don't do articles just interwiki links, I'm way to lazy to write articles. Pot? What pot? Don't even joke about such stuff, our cops avoid drug dealers but if they saw bunch of kids with pot they bust there a** and throw them to jail. One guy joked about it on newsgroup and they come to bust him at work!
