Will Digg "hide" your posts if it seems to be spam?

    also known as 'shadowing' a post - when it seems to you that it was posted but in fact its only visible to you.

    I remember a time when I posted something to Digg- it seemed visible when I clicked the 'most recent' tab, but then when I opened up Digg and that tab in a new browser, my post was not visible.

    Is it necessary to post your Digg link on other sites for visibility and lots of up votes?

    How is the estimate traffic that I can get from Digg??
    I need to use a few users to get good traffic?

    The best way to test how much traffic you can get is to setup analyics and post consistantly over a period of time. Then check your stats. What works from someone else may not work for you.
