If you have a design, I can save you time and effort by slicing it up for you, styling it and turning it into a Wordpress site or static html site for you. All wordpress themes are coded as basic themes, e.g. the default Kubrick or Classic theme included with Wordpress. I do not do any specialized coding as I am a designer and not a coder. I can get your site up and running for you but if you need specialized coding I am sure you can find someone here to do it.
