cuil is on one of my forums most of the time.. just like a google bot.

i have never submitted to cuil before as well. any thoughts?

 

i went to it ONCE and i DIDNT LIKE IT maybe cause i was not used to it . . .

 

the results are not always relevant ... not too happy with it, but still testing it

definitely not relevant search results in cuil.. i am not so keen...and not worried at all.

i cant find any of my sites on there
sites that line up nr.1 on google for specific keywords

 

cuil traffic is extremely down, look at they alexa http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details/cuil.com, they are big at the first its just because people talk about it

its mean no people want to use it again and again like google, people just want to try it once then leave

 

I don't even care to check that...

 

They are a great search engine, there is no doubt, however Google is just too big. People stick to what they know.

Also, Google is not just a search engine, they are a company. They offer so much more than a search engine, and they are good at it. It will take so much money, luck and skill to take over Google. I can see it happening, ever.

they can be the biggest search engine on the planet but, if no one uses them, being the biggest search engine on the planet wont mean much.

i don't use cuil and don't plan on using cuil.

 

First of all, I have a friend that works at google and he said its a big mess. If you type in your website for example your going to get searches back that don't even relate to the subject. Cuil = Failure?

 

I dont even like the look off that site

 

lol i dont think they will ever beat google unless they have multimillion pound investment ready for the type of features and servers google have. Google will still be top for another 5 - 10 years atleast in my view.

 

very interesting about cuil going to kill google? maybe and maybe... we wait and see about that.. nothing impossible... it is possible

My site is a authority in google with sitelinks, it dominates the serps for anything related to it. yet i aint even in the top 10 pages of cuil.

waste of time

 

cuil would need to launch a satelite / drive cars with cameras attached on the top to even catch close to what google has already done and is completing.

 

I search my website today, Cuil list all the directories where I have submitted my site, but it does not show my website at all. Funny

 

Cuil feels like something Apple would come up with. It looks pretty, but it doesn't seem to work as you'd like.
