Will Cuil Kill Google? Where will Cuil be in a year? - Pridictions

I see that Cuil is not representative for things everyone said.

 

I've already made the switch over to CUIL, the new interface and way of looking results takes a little to get used to like anything new, but I find on my widescreen its actually easier to look through all the results

 

It is a difficult task to compete google.

search "computer-help.in" in cuil and see the results.Website isnt come up some different websites come up.

 

Nah of course not. If you type in a website domain they don't even return searches with that site. They give you a site that has that text on it.

 

The Search Engine competition is based on how well you sort the information, but not on how well you store it. I had tried searching with Cuil and the SERP sucks. Thus I don't see the new comers replacing Google in any near time.

 

They will take a bite of Ask's market, not a big bite though.

 

Nobody cares because we all have what we are looking for with Google.
Now, the real question is: will Chrome kill Alexa?

 

Cuil is very cluttered.

 

I have a widescreen and half of it is empty.

My prediction: That results page won't look the same in a year. It's AWFUL and the only reason I can think of doing such a thing would be to be "different"

 

I like that they are trying something new and indexing more pages. However, the results are not easy to scan quickly.

Cuil is all hype, I think that the search results are infact quite poor...
