Will coupon code void the commission?

If the customer uses a coupon code, will that void the commission?

within 24 hours? I heard if the user closes the window without adding the item into the cart, and re-opens the window at a later point in the same day, we don't get the commission. Is it true?

 

Yes you still get commission from what I understand. If you create a cart on a remote shopping cart (e.g. an amazon store you host on your own site, that transfers to amazon) then that last for 90 days (because the item is added to the cart with your affiliate id and the cart lasts for 90 days)

 

Maybe you should read more about the program. I don't know if you are an affiliate or if you're just considering it but these are all questions that have been asked and aswered by Amazon themselves.
