Its a novelty item. Chacha will defeat google right when people start enjoy taking 2 minutes per search term. Untill then, its just a gimmick, that google or any other major search engine could mimmick if they chose to, and put chacha in there place.
I tried it out of curio and it did take ages to get a search result. Layout was poor but they did get a result that I effectively led them to, but at least it has some place but not defeating google for certain.
I think not. I tried ChaCha. I did 3 searches but the guides, well, they are somehow limited. I mean they didn't come up with something I need. SO I indeed up googling for them myself.

I don't think so. Google is a huge search engine, when giants like yahoo and msn could not defeat Google, how do you think will chahcha defeat Google.
