    Below I have listed the minimum requirements, please note that you will be required to PROVE minimum traffic and earnings if you claim to have any:

    Your website MUST:
    - be at least 2 months old (with content, not just domain registration)
    - have at least 15 pages indexed in Google (that way I know it's not banned)
    - have at least 15 unique visitors PER DAY AVG over the past two months
    - must comply with the Adsense TOS (no porn, hate sites, etc)

    These are the only requirements!


    Preference given to websites that:
    - have made at least $1 in the past month with Adsense (prove it)
    - have PR
    - have more than 50 pages indexed in Google


    I will be buying your website, with content and domain name.

    Payment will be made via PayPal

    Please post you website URL or the topic if you don't want to show the URL. I do not guarantee that I will buy your website (so don't get angry if you don't sell it), but by the same token, I may end up buying more than one if I find something that is of interest to me.

    I'm mostly looking for a website with the above traits, not too worried about niche as long as it's compliant with the Adsense TOS.

    If I had to choose, these are my preferred topics:

    - apparel & accessories
    - office supplies
    - weight loss & diet
    - health and fitness
    - outdoor & sporting goods
    - home & garden
    - magazines

    I have a URL shortening site, ity.im, which could be useful for affiliate sales.
    It is PR2 but hasn't been up for 2 months, I just recently bought the domain name from a friend and don't have time to develop it.
