    We are looking to buy established sites with PR 5 or higher.

    We are not interested in revenue. In fact we prefer sites with no revenue so we take that factor out of the negotation.

    You are asking for established site which has PR5.
    it's obvious that that kind of site will have a strong revenue background (for 99.99% of sites), so don't expect such sites at a cheap price by saying Don't need revenue making sites.

    Depends on the site and what I think I can do with it. PR is just one variable. I would have to look at many other aspects of the domain to get an idea.
