    Hi,

i m a newbie here and also new in web building... I have a question... I have a free domain from dot.tk and hosted it on Blogger.com... My domain name is Izhar.tk.... And ofcourse it has links of softwares which are known as cracks (illegal).... So the question is, will blogger block or ban my domain/site?? I m in confusion bcz i only provide links to external sites and i have declared it on my homepage... so does it make any difference?

I don't think it makes any difference but I highly doubt they will find and ban your website.
Maybe if someone reports it as illegal.

Though who knows, once they shut down some of my blogs for 2 days because they
thought I had duplicated content on the site. But they didn't delete them.

Blogger's content policy forbids linking to sites where people can do unauthorized downloads of other people's content. If you do it and they find out they probably will block/ban you. If in doubt, always check your provider's Acceptable Use Policy.

When in doubt pay for your own hosting and install Wordpress. Not that I endorse or condone such activities.

Linking isn't illegal unless it is illegal by the host or the country, but most countries won't find it illegal. It's termed suspicious activity. Check your laws in your country.

Just because you drive the get away car, and did not actually rob the bank, he is just as guilty as the person hosting the warez,
maybe less guilty, but liable never the less, otherwise hosts would not care who you are linking too.
