    i want to know if i am going to be banned(adsense TOS), i am a new adsense publisher 2 months ago, i have still zero earnings from adsense

    You account can be disabled if you have no activity.

    No you won't. Your account will be viable till you're getting at least one visitor per week for your visitor. Your account will be banned only when you do fraud in getting revenue from Adsense...:)

    As per new TOS your account can be disabled if you dont generate sufficient traffic or clicks in a period of 2 months.

    You better try to drive some traffic to your site asap, in order to avoid the banning incident...

    if there is activity without earning, it's not a problem but if you mean , there is no activity on my account, it will be banned

    One of my friends had applied for an account, but did not use it for a long time.

    After a few weeks, Google sent her a mail asking if she had any problems using Adsense.

    She actually started using her account many days after that mail.

    This was a long time back. I am not sure if Google is still so liberal with its policies.

    Google is here to do business as much as anyone else. It's not about being liberal but about not losing on a potential business flow.
