Will an unranked page linking to a bad neighbor make my mainpage suffer?

    So the question is:

    My mainpage (page 1 ) links to (page 2) that links to a bad neighbor (PR BAN). I use bot.txt and so google will not index page 2 but WILL index page 1. So the question is, will page 1 get banned or penalized because it is linking to page 2 even though google doesnt index page 2?
