Will Amazon affiliate script duplicate copy affect the whole site

I have a site that has a pretty good PR (5), and I'm thinking about adding an amazon affiliate script to build out a store portion (/store). Does anybody know if the amazon affiliate section will be counted as duplicate content? Will it affect my whole domain or just the folder? I don't want to lose PR from building the affiliate section.

    thanks,

10 billion current Amazon sites. Of course it'll be marked as duplicate content, unless you can figure out a way to make it look unique to the Googlebot. I think it'll only effect the store part of the site. I got one PR 5 site with the store, and the store section has no PR.

that's what I'm hoping. I'm thinking of adding RSS feeds/other dynamic content around the affiliate stuff so maybe it wont take such a hit.

Google says it only affects pages with duplicate content, not a whole site.
