lot of us work with pay per download, per install and per lead affiliates like hotfile, loudmo, cpalead ect... and lot of us use illegal materials, pirated contents, warez with those affiliates, do you think they can give your personal info if they're asked to by who ever the material belongs to or worst, court order...
Usage illegal materials is in most cases against the TOS and i think they will be forced to give your personal information if a court requests it
