If you break their TOS then you will be banned wihtout any warning. If you think you might be doing something against the TOS, you had best email Google and ask them about it before placing those ads.

It depends on the violation and how much money you're worth to them. Once I replaced a direct banner sale that has expired with Google but forgot to relabel the banner to "Advertising" or "Sponsored Links". The label still read "TTZ Sponsor"

Google emailed me and asked to me to label the ad correctly. This is not to say Google will email everyone who had the same violation. They could just as well ban you if you're not worth any money to them.

    Moto is right...
Bottom line they don't warn many people, they just cancel the accounts :p

Ususally how it works is like this:

You are looking straight ahead and minding your own business and you will feel a tapping on your left shoulder. You slowly turn to see what...

*THWACK* you get knocked upside the head with a big ole dictionary.com from the right-side and are knocked out.

So I guess you could say you got some warning.

Hmmm, don't know how Google would do on such a page. Google needs text to spider and there's hardly any text.

    hi,
I was suprised to see google mail me today and was shocked they did not ban me. I run a entertainment board with some users posted mature content which got over looked by the board mod's and they mailed me the following enclosed in "Quotes". I send them over 3 million Page impressions monthly and with them over 6 months now. Can someone advice does google ban you after this or is it just some warning to get things straight ?

So I guess they will almost always warn if problem is inappropriate content, however if the problem is false clicks they are more likely to just ban. Am I'm right?

You can not even have LINKS to gambling sites on an adsense site.

Gambling (and porn, and a few other topics) have too many legal issues attached to them for Google to allow ads to be served on them. You had best find a new ad service because Google is going to ban you before they ever pay you a cent.

I got a similar same email kayanush got, although it was a bit less harsh and they never stopped serving ads.
I had adsense on some pages with some naughty cartoons. Nothing porn at all, just funny images, but since google didn;t like them I quickly took everything down.

They DO warn publishers, as long as you are a honest one.
