Will AdSense Reply To Our Message If We Email Them Directly?

    Will the AdSense team respond to us if we contact them directly by sending an email to adsense-support [at] google.com. Or we need to contact them via web only?

    not always since there is alot email that they receive regarding user who complain about their service. they have own platform that you can fill,
