With all the profit google is making from adsense, won't there come a time when every searchengine.com catches wind of google's genius and the whole system will become to inflated to be worth while? Maybe its just me, but for some reason it seems like it could all crash and burn. It's a good system and would hate to see it happen. Thoughts anyone?
I can't see this happening. Maybe adsense will evolve into something slightly different but I don't think it will dissapear.
Yea , I agree, there will always be plenty of people doing ppc, and paying for that top result, Plus google everyone loves
Will TV advertising end? Will billboard advertising ever end? If anything, we have as many ads as ever, and I don't see that changing soon.
Besides, if AdSense croaks, Yahoo and MSN WILL step in to fill the void. The fact that there're so many of us depending on it proves there's a massive industry. There will always be a large player in the Contextual advertising game. Unless, of course, you're talking so far in the unforseeable future that any discussion is just pure guessing.
I think adsense is on their way down. There is many new programs that pays better then adsense. But that just what I belive
Adsense will end once advertisers find a more effective and cost effective solution to advertising and exposing their advertisement/website/service/product. Back in the day, in the 90's, banner ads were the key source to advertising. Those days have long evolved into similar contexual advertisements and amazingly cool flash banners that have little games in them.
I dont think Adsense will ever close down.. yeah their market might drop when YPN will go international and when MSN will start their publisher program..
It's like asking "will the internet bubble ever burst?" It did before, and it may do again. But then we'll just find something else to do!
