Will Adsense band us if we get someone to write articles?

Just wonder, will adsense band our adsense account if we are using outsourcing? Please share with me if you know in and out as I have no time to produce further articles. Thanks

No, but you have to make sure those writing the articles are not doing shady things such as copy and paste or other kind of plagarism.
Me I intend on hiring a few writers to start quickly a new site (need to build it first)

No if the articles are genuine and unique. I also have some guest posts / articles in my blogs and they are fine for years.

You can get idea or information from anywhere you want .. but that not means to place same content on your site .. make unique from source..

No, it is not. It is up to the website owners, whether they get the articles written by themselves or someone else.

No, adsense will not ban you as long your writer dont copy articles from other sites and make your blog / site look spammy, copied content is hated by google and adsense.

that's fine, adsense doesnt care where you get the article as long as the article is quality and doesnt against any adsense TOS

As long as the articles does not go against the TOS, your adsense account is safe. Adsense is not worried about who is writing on your site. But it definitely worries about what is there in your site. It also makes sure you don't go against the TOS. If you go against the TOS your account will be banned.
Make sure you receive unique articles to begin with.

I wouln't risk it starting from ground up. Start with several of your own articles, and then a few of others.

Ofcourse you won't get banned, buying content is not the same as buying links, etc.

Nope. Not as long, as you make sure, that the outsource company only writes unique content. You could get banned if it is copy stuff.
