Well you can send an email to them to just clear any doubts. They liked your answer.

Also always take off your codes when you made any changes.:)

Don't be afraid, in which period of time do you refresh your site and how often do you refresh your site per update?

They could care less about refreshes. Google understands how web developers are we need to reload the site constantly we will visit our own sites a lot not to increase our stats but it's our job to keep an eye on things. They also understand that we will click on our own ads every now and then. It's almost impossible not to every now and then. An email never hurts though but I but they reply back telling you it's no big deal. The only way this would be a big deal is if someone used the "Advertise on this site" link on your ads. They are paying cpm which means you refreshing the page a lot will cause that advertiser to pay more. I forgot all about that but not too many people use that option anymore so I say your fine.

+ your sig made me laugh

I highly doubt it will be an issue at all.

It's your site and you can refresh it as much as you want :). Just don't click.

Google has mentioned invalid clicks/impressions in the TOS. What I understand is that it may mean impressions generated using bots. It is always better to manage the website server side.

I had emailed Google with the same question, they told me not to worry about it at all. Even clicks on your own ads are fine once in a blue moon. They even said not to e-mail them once a click happens on your own ads because they understand this can happen.
