Will Adsense ban me for inactivity?

Hello. I am currently having a Google AdSense account which has not been active for quite a while and I am not planning to use it anytime soon, but some day in the future.
I was wondering, will they ban me for not having their ads on any of my sites?

Basically, no. You can ignore the account after applying it.

i don't think so , but if u don't want to use them just paste simple link ads in any corner of ur site or blog , that will not effects your site i think so and your adds account will remain active .

I don't think they will ban anyone who neglect their account..
Mine was very inactive for about few months, and I can still use it after that ;)

You basically need to enter the PIN when they sent that to you because that is one way to determine that you provided real information. However, after you complete that PIN verification process, you can decide what you want to do with your account. There is no harm in keeping the account dormant.

    See https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=9914&topic=8432

So basically if your account is dormant, it would not be cancelled. You will still access your account as long as you do not officially cancel it.

Adsense will close your account, so to speak, if it is inactive
for a certain period of time, not only that you must now
produce a certain amount of money to maintain your
acct, in good standing, as per the new TOS
