    I think it is better enough you to mail the google guys regarding Proxy website using php proxy. Because I'm also in doubt whether they accept it.

    It does accept proxy, thats if you have a forum...then the bots go on.

    i have seen a lot of image hosts using adsense. And most of them do not strictly follow the adsense policies.
