Right now there are two ways to get commissions from eBay - by an ACRU bonus when someone new signs up with eBay from your links and makes or wins a bid. And the commission you make as part of the value fee charged by eBay when an item is sold. In the new QCP Earnings system, does it incorporate ACRU's as part of the value of your clicks or will we still be earning separate bonuses for an ACRU?
According to the Quality Click Pricing preview the answer is no. Check out the QCP preview report under your reports tab and compare this months earnings to the QCP earnings - ACRUs are not paid, you only get earnings based on click pricing. For many of us that means we will get screwed, which is EPN's intent. Bail out, move on to another affiliate program.
Despite what geomark says, I believe EPN claims they do fact that into your QPC. To what degree, I can't say, but it's not so cut and dry.
You are correct. ACRUs will increase the measure of your quality and hence the amount paid for each click
I'm not defending the new QCP system but I bet EPN was getting robbed blind by people gaming the ACRU system. It was too easy for people to register new users, make a bid and pocket $25. ACRUs DO seem to get factored in by some mysterious means under QCP, and as with last month, my overall QCP EPC has jumped a couple of times over the month, each time increasing my overall earnings by a significant amount. Hopefully this trend will continue and my QCP earnings will come out higherr than my old earnings, like last month. If so, I guess I won't have reason to complain...
