Will a slapped domain be penalized in Content Network?

Just wondering if a slapped domain ($10 bids) will be affected on the Content Network? Will Google show less impressions on it and penalize it? Or should I just buy another fresh domain?

Anybody with any experiences in this, do let me know. Thanks

    Ben

Yup, your impressions will dwindle down to nothing.
