Will '3D' Revive The Domain Industry - 3D Domain Names (?)

yeh i looked at both those also but two is enough for me
i dont think its worth anyone going mad in but if your gonna register a 3d domain that makes no sense whatsoever then grab one of them instead thats what i say
seen some really naff unuseable domains the last few days up for sale that i cant think figure what possessed them to register them

 

what if the names weren't GEMS, as far as 'Sounding' wise .. but had over 1,000 exact searches already .. would that interest you?
i know of about 4 of those right now that i keep fighting (two of them with 1,600). ... the search volume is there and steadily climbing, but the names themselves are not exactly sexy
i have been watching these now for two months.

I assure you those 4D names will be dropped, you have a decent wait to make a good ROI on 3D names, nevermind 4D names.....I think the registration fees every year for 4D names will be higher that you'll eversell them for

just like 3d this 4d has been around before and is more carrying itself off the back of 3d but its still making waves
sorry as i said earlier i am happy with two names but saying i will have to drop the names is a bit ott there is even software called cinema 4d that i could run a tutorial site on and that is very popular also with the domains sorry i totally disagree with that statement and i am not sticking up here for 4d saying everyone jump on it i dont think you should it wont be like 3d but its here and its doing well and tbh getting better reviews than 3d although its not as well publisiced because of the companys like sharp,sony,panasonic and others who stand to make money from tvs with 3d none of them can make money from 4d

never said 4d is going to go better than 3d but to tell me i will be dropping the names when searches are rising is wrong way wrong and i only own 2 names anyway if the names were dropping in searches etc then yeh i would agree but untill or if that happens then i will disagree every time.
of course 3d is going to throw up more results than 4d stands to reason but that does not mean they are worthless

Great discussion. I have more than a few 3d domain names. Very slow to get traffic. There is a lot of hype about 3D Tvs. Once we get this same hype about 3D COMPUTERS... then domain names with 3d should take off I believe. I saw the demo of the 3D Tv it was really great. It is also for the NEW generation, as my kids loved it 10 times more than I did!!

 

Sorry but I am not too wild about it. Its really long and the 2 dashes do not help.
