I already talked about the potential of Quantum in mobiles in this thread, but no one was listening i suppose! lol
At first, I was thinking of regging Quantum + word, but saw that most Quantum related domains have only a "Q" for Quantum. Search any tech related term with a Q in front of it, and you'll see how much business took it already. I'm happy to see i'm not the only one on this thread who understand the potential of Quantum. And if someone is asking himself: Why on earth are they talking about Quantum in a 3D thread? Because, it's the new Quantum materials that enable them to build new 3D gadgets!!! Quantum in the mobile world = 3D enable!

The big thing will be weddings done in 3D. There are a couple companies making cameras specifically for the wedding videographer. So domains with the word wedding could prove to be very profitable.

this makes me feel better but the q for quantum thing i am not sure about i know what you are saying though but i suppose it will depend on what the manufacturers market the end product as,most of the domains i wanted are gone so i had to make do with what i bought i think they might still do well though

 

The Q is widely accepted as the abbreviate for Quantum. Just do a simple search around mobile/telephone domain names with Q in front: you'll see it's accepted in domain names too. And compare it by doing a search with quantum in front of it... Anyway, the term Quantum will mostly be used for manufacturers & compagny: not buyers... = people will not be searching the term Quantum for a product. So, the more it's short: better looking it is...(in my opinon, and probably all those who reg those hosting/mobile/phones/etc. "Q" domains)

what i was thinking more of there has already been "q mobile" branding with phones for example the "Motorola Q Phone" (Sprint)
which had nothing to do with quantum wouldnt this conflict ?

yep potential is there all right maybe q is better but now i will have to settle for my little quantum domains lol,still think they will be ok maybe not as successfull or maybe they will be who knows for sure untill this really takes off they might still be usefull hopefully a market for them arises anyway as far as i can see all the q domains were gone when i was checking for quantum so it wouldnt have mattered i would still have bought these

working on making a 3d medical related site gee its not easy lol hopefully this works out,threw up some videos for now while i source things out any input anyone can throw my way on 3d medical tech would be appreciated

Really think if you don't overabuse(the exact word) TM you'll be ok(like NIKE.net): except if it's related to Google & apple!!! lol Just check out if it's tradeamarked...if not your ok! Remember this: they don't own the dictionnary...

I agree.Still think there are a few decent 3D names available.makes me laugh when i read that all the good 3D domains are gone....if i had more cash....

 

Considering they sometimes refer to quantum dots as quantum "film" I think Quantum cameras fits very well.


Also added 3dRips.com to my collection. If it fails as a site about ripping 3D movies, it may work as a site about plumbing "3 Drips"

post quick reply is as it says advanced you can choose other settings etc also gives you the option of attaching maybe a pic or something to your post if you are unsure just use the quick reply untill you are comfortable with it thats the easiest option
