I have not heard anything back regarding 3DCondos.com but these sales could take weeks... I was told not to do any type of joint venture as one never knows who they are going into business with even though I am sure he is a nice person. While I can not show my bank account, just check with SEDO as I am sure they will have some information about the sale. $500 here, $1000 there is nothing to lie about... this is peanuts in the Domain Sales World... this income is not even paying for my renewal fees of all the names I would like to renew. I am only hoping, as you all are, that this will take off in a much bigger way in the near future. We need to hear more talk about 3D Pc's and internet tv to the same level we hear about 3D Tvs. Once again, I am personally only renewing my Geo names and tech names... names like 3DSilk and 3DRodeo (.com) you will one day soon find at Godaddy's auction as I will be letting them go (unless I end up selling 3DCondos...). Too bad 3Dbroker was taken...

3D market ‘extremely profitable’ says report
The market for 3D in film, television and video games is proving to be ‘extremely profitable’, according to a new report by PricewaterhouseCoopers.

PwC’s report branded 2010 the year of 3D, with 8 of the top 20 highest revenue making films at the box office available in 3D, compared to just 3 in 2009 and what’s more it predicts that by 2015, 15 percent of all films will be made in three dimensions, driving demand for 3D TVs and games consoles.

The report noted that there are still problems with interoperability among the different 3D mobile phone standards so a 3D picture captured on one model cannot be displayed on another manufacturer’s model, but “the first auto-stereoscopic mobile phones are already available in Japan and will be introduced in Europe and the US shortly.”

PwC also said the introduction of portable 3D consoles such as Nintendo’s 3DS ‘will boost mobile penetration’.

One in five TVs sold in 2013 will be 3D-capable, says report

Market research firm In-Stat has released its projections for the future of the consumer electronics market over the next few years and unsurprisingly it thinks that 3D TV is the way forward. In fact, the report suggests that, by 2013, one in every five TVs purchased in the US will be 3D-capable.

According to Stephanie Ethier, senior analyst on the report, “High definition did create a wave of activity in the US market, not seen since the introduction of color [and] 3DTV promises to be the next significant innovation wave for living room entertainment.”
Considering the barrage of adverts for 3D TVs, the numerous films being released in 3D and the push to have major sporting events captured in 3D, no one should be too surprised that in a few years, a good number of us will be buying 3D-capable TVs. Equally, though, that level of consumer adoption is pretty impressive, considering that such TVs only came onto the market this year. In-Stat is predicting 231 per cent year-on-year growth, which will certainly be impressive if it comes to bear.
