    I think the gaming department is definitely going to hit 3D the hardest. It has the most demand because gamers always want the best they can get. However, I've picked up a few 3D domains myself, not all related to gaming. I think I can make a pretty penny off them too.

    I guess we'll have to wait till 2014 to really fetch a good price on the 3d domains. I own 3dgadgets.tv ..what do you think about it?

    I don't know if it will take until 2014, but definitely until late 2011 or into 2012. I know that 3D TV's are growing in popularity and as are 3D movies.

    There could be problems if you make a site all about 3D HTC phones, but if you make a site about 3D HTC (Home theater computers), you should be fine.
    (Disclaimer, I is not law learned)

    Cheers

    so…
    … it was my birthday a couple of weeks ago …
    … and my brother, who also jumped in to the 3d domain game with me, bought me a GoDaddy gift certificate…. i couldn’t have asked for a better gift… it allowed me to finally buy a few names that i have been wanting, and in an area that i wish i had more of in my portfolio… so that was just addressed
    .. Thanks Chris :) … look what you got me:

    • 3dRetailDisplays.com
    • 3dAdvertisingSystem.com

    • HologramExhibit.com
    • HologramExhibition.com

    • HolographicExhibit.com
    • HolographicExhibition.com

    • 3dHolographicAdvertising.com
    • HolographyAdvertising.com

    (probably the only real questionable one of the bunch)

    For anybody who doesn’t know .. look into the wonders of ’3d Retail Display’ :
    check this out for example:
    —> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zc76sypeYvk&feature=related

    and the ’3d Advertising System’… which is similar to ‘Holo Pod’ … very cool stuff… these are already being used in select places around the globe, mostly in the asian countries where the speed of their brilliance is just mind numbing..
    you can see one of these here:
    ---> http://www.wonderworks-media.com/adpod.html

    The ‘Hologram Exhibit’ and ‘Holographic Exhibition’ names tie in very nicely with the video i showed you from my last post (with the DJ)… these will be very big, i assure you. The WOW factor in Holography is unquestionable and destined to be bigger then anything we have ever seen.. it will be the line in the sand that says “we are finally In The Future”

    Here is just a great site that covers most of what i just spoke about with a ton of great uses for holography and holographic advertising:
    ---> http://www.activ8-3d.co.uk/

    …. Feedback on these names is always appreciated

    Enjoy the news and the clip

    3dpoker.co? you atleast got d domain for around 24.99 if u bought it in bulk... 29.99 if u didnt... let's assume u got it at bulk and close it at 25... then u sold it at 50... u double ur investment... then again godaddy takes a little % right? like 5% if it was on auction?

    either way i personally think u cudve got gotten more but at least u got back ur investment plus a little bit more ;p
