Look, if you have 1000 back links and i have 1 back which has page rank 1 then i m good in that condition because 0 Page Rank back links considered as 0, so don't make this mistake, because this is just lose.

Yes they are good. It works. It would be good if they come from Web2.0 sites and you may want to put a buffer between the links and your website because it can add more link juice.

 

If that is quality website then it will be helpful PR is not major issue.
