    Can you tell me if the theme being used on the site is the 'free' version or the upgraded version? (The upgraded version has WarriorPanel built-in theme options panel included).

    its free version, but there is built in warriorpanel(theme option panel) in it and you have to keep the "warriortheme" links if you want to use it..
