WildCard subdomain how?

    I want to use wildcard subdomain
    This is what I should do for my job
    http://www.easymodrewrite.com/example-subdomains
    now how can I do it?

    I use LXADMIN and lighttpd
    lighttpd support .httaccess ? how can I enable it?
