I don't think any respectable payment processor would allow their system to be used for illegal purposes.
Liberty Reserve is probably the best choice, because they will not block any account without court order.
Most processors have strict rules about processing for instructional materials for illegal activities, these rules are passed to them by the credit card association. Any merchant you find willing to process for this type of product likely won't be in business long. Even if it's not technically illegal, Visa and Mastercard can still drop you.
ecurrency is the only way here. But you might get blocked if one of your customers reports your account's used for the purposes you listed. DL
